Property Value Indicator (PVI) provides a pure index-based valuation as a minimum service when sales data is not available to enable a full PASS valuation. PVI uses a weighted repeat sales index that measures price changes. The user provides a known recent sales price or appraised value for the subject property as a basis for the analysis.
